Week Two of the Show Us Your Shirt Competition

Throughout February, Indie Dependent is offering you the chance to win an awesome bundle of prizes, in the brand new competition Show Us Your Shirt!

Each week a new CD is being added to the prize pot, meaning that the lucky winner will take home four fantastic albums, as well as a selection of show memorabilia and artefacts.

The competition was kicked off last week with Feeder – The Singles, a collection of the band’s most recognisable hits, including “Buck Rogers”, “Just The Way I’m Feeling”, and “Tumble And Fall”.

This week, to celebrate The Maccabees’ triumphant return to Newcastle earlier in the year, we’ve added their superb debut album Colour It In to the prize pool. It’s arguably one of the finest indie records of recent times, and one that should be a feature in everybody’s record collection.

All you have to do to have a chance of winning this great bundle is to post a photo of yourself doing something unusual in your favourite band t-shirt on the Indie Dependent Facebook Wall, as demonstrated in this week’s post by Robert Cooper of Heaton!

The winner will be drawn at random from all the entries received after the competition closes, with the most innovative entries receiving a special mention on the show.

So, if you’d like the chance to win Feeder – The Singles, The Maccabees’ Colour It In, and two more fantastic albums, then make sure to enter now. Good luck!

Indie Dependent is live every Thursday at 7PM. The third album to be added will be announced live during next week’s show, and a selection of the latest competition entries will receive a mention. You can also follow Indie Dependent on Twitter.
