NE1fm is broadcast 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead, and you can listen here at anytime on 102.5 FM.
If you are outside of the area or would prefer to listen via the Internet, however, we also offer the opportunity for that. You’ll need a broadband internet connection and a media player such as iTunes, Winamp or Windows Media Player.
To listen online, click on the relevant link below. If you select an option other than the Webplayer, you may be prompted to download a file – You may save this to your desktop for easy access to listen to us, or open it in your player of choice immediately.

You can also listen at any time via the “Listen Live Now” tab on our Facebook page, or via the TuneIn Radio application for iPhone and Android (search for “NE1″).
If you experience a stop-start stream while listening, there could be a number of causes. Active downloads and uploads of files are a common cause, and these should be avoided whilst listening to online radio. NE1fm’s online stream is also not compatible with slow internet speeds, and as such a strong internet connection is required. Please note that our Webplayer may not be compatible with some devices.
